Full Management {Service B} Only £295.00 per annum

Same as {Service A} but without weekly checks of property.

Part Managed Service Only £225.00 per annum

Key holding and point of contact for owners or guests who need assistance.

Security Checks Only £265.00 per annum

weekly checking of property.

Key Holding Only Service £104.00 per annum

Strictly the holding of keys in case of lock out and if access is needed to the property.

Cleaning Service

Full clean, including laundry. Typical 2 bedroom apartment (4 people) £36.00. (Add £7.00 per each additional person). Typical 3 bedroom house £45.00 (6 people). (Add £7.00 per each additional person).
